Satisfaction Guarantee
Our policy is that the customer comes first and customer satisfaction is our first priority. If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform a salon director. They will make every attempt to rectify your grievance immediately. If you would like to make a formal written complaint or compliment, you can write us. We will respond to you within five business days.

Children
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted at the salon unless they are scheduled to receive services.

A parent and/or legal guardian must sign a release form for any chemical service received by a child 10 years of age or younger.

Scheduling
It is best if you book packages at least two weeks in advance. Groups, birthdays and wedding parties should be scheduled at least two months in advance.

Even though walk-ins are welcome, we cannot guarantee that a time slot will be available for walk-in clients. We recommend that you make all appointments in advance.

Cancellations/No Shows
If it is necessary for you to cancel an appointment, please cancel as far in advance of the scheduled appointment time as possible. This will permit us to provide a better service to all of our clients. We request that you cancel or reschedule your appointments at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

A credit card guarantee is required to book all services over $100. The guarantee will be for 50% of the total service cost. The guarantee is non-refundable if the appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Late Arrivals
Please be advised that we can not guarantee service to clients who are more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment. This will permit us to keep our commitments to clients who arrive on time.

Payment
We accept Master Card, Visa, cash and checks.
There is a $35 NSF fee charged for all return checks.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase and are for exchange only. Product returns cannot be credited to services received.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in any dollar amount and for any services or package. Gift certificates expire twelve (12) months from date of purchase and are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
